So last night my husband and I watched "Forks Over Knives."
(Well, I watched most of it until our daughter woke up and needed to be fed, but I finished it in the morning.)
Anyways...this has inspired me to take the leap and start our family on a whole foods diet. The problem is, I only sort of know how to go about this, so, I'm going to use this blog to document the process in the hopes that if someone chooses to try this in the future, maybe it will be helpful.
A big reason that I want to do this now is for our daughter. If she grows up eating this way, it will be second nature to her and she will likely be healthier and happier than she would have otherwise been. So little lady, if you read this someday when you're older, this if for you :)
